The most difficult symptoms and illnesses that I have faced after my accident and when I began working on my childhood issues included anxiety, panic attacks, flashbacks, depression and complex post traumatic stress disorder. Through this I have had to learn to live with and manage these issues developing various strategies, tactics and exercises. There are common strategies and exercises which each person must attempt to learn and use to mitigate the symptoms for these various types of illnesses and to help heal the many layered wounds that are part of the human condition.
It is this journey of learning and speaking with others in my community that I came to understand that most who suffer from such mental health challenges have tangled, flawed and lost connections in the ecosystem of ones inner resilience and well being with deep deficits of personal connection... this is exactly what I had faced in my daily experience and through the many years of childhood mental abuse. I was a survivor but I needed to face my deep traumas and create the unique ecosystem of well being, health and reconciliation that was unique for me ... to rewrite my history and soothe those many sub-personalities that had grown to help me survive my childhood.
In my experience I grew up with many traumatized sub-personalities, deficits and blind spots that in a proper setting would not have happened. When the pattern of life's circumstances challenged these latent tangled synaptic connections in the mind we become susceptible to these faulty connections. We are never taught to deal with situations such as these and in this circumstance each person must learn according to their mind and chance and with help will apply the fundamental lessons of life or will not... However we know that probability theory teaches us that we can rig the game in our favor...
